What is your return policy?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns.  We will however, gladly accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase.

Sizing Details

Please refer to the last photo in each listing for instructions on how to measure and choose your size of braid. These braids are made with soft yarn so there will be some stretch with normal use.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

We do not do gift wrapping at this time but all our braids come in a beautiful blue cardboard box that will be ready for you to wrap up in your choice of paper or just add some ribbons and a bow!!

Multiple Orders

Each braid comes in its own beautiful blue coloured box that makes it perfect for gift giving or storing. 

If you wish to purchase more than 1 braid, each will be packaged individually unless otherwise requested, which would increase shipping costs. It is possible to fit up to 2 braids in each box in order to save on additional shipping charges.
